Hello,
Will any of you be competing at the Pig on the Ridge BBQ festival held in Ridgeway, SC the 1st weekend in November?
Here is a link to their website:

This is a cool festival in that there is no entry fee and the festival covers the cost of the pork. The only cost for the teams is the "No Pigs Allowed" contest held on Friday night where teams cook anything but pork. The prize money is pretty good too considering the lack of entry fee.
My only concern with this contest is it looks like the minimum each team can cook is SIXTEEN boston butts. All I have is a 18.5 WSM. Even if I really stuff them in there, I can only fit 6 max. I would need 2 more 18.5 WSM's to handle this volume.
Does anyone else live in the Columbia, SC area and possibly have either an extra WSM i could borrow OR a huge stick burner I could borrow? I know this is pretty out there to ask for a forum, but I don't know how else I would compete. I suppose I could rent a stick burner but that would be really expensive.
Thanks,
Bryan
