So, I was sitting in a meeting this morning looking at CL on my phone. I saw a new post for a Weber with rotisserie for sale. There was only one pic and I couldn't see the color other than the metal handle. It wasn't black. I also saw the twist ash pan sitting inside the kettle. So I texted the seller. He immediately texted back and 30 min later it was in my truck. I figure I paid $40 for the old style rotisserie that also came with a one of those rotisserie squirrel cages, a bag of KBB and 2 brand new containers of smoke chips. Oh, and a cover. And got the kettle for free. The charcoal grate and cooking grate are also in good shape. At least that's how I'm going to justify it to my wife.
The kettle is solid and in very good condition. I figure it's from the early/mid 70s. What do you think?
