Came across this marinade recipe that we used back in 2007. Used it to marinate chicken thighs for around 4 hours. My notes said it was "delicious" but forgot all about it and haven't made it since. No, it is not as spicy as Raichlen's, and yes, it is going in our "Make Soon" folder.
Peruvian Marinade
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
8 large garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. turmeric
1 TB. hot paprika
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
salt and freshly ground pepper
