This is a good deal for the buyer, if you had posted this two weeks ago, it would have been sold to me. I've used mine twice, for St. Louis ribs and an overnight brisket. The ribs came out good (ribs weren't trimmed well, but I'm learning) but the brisket was a work of art. Best cut of meat I have ever prepared, all 50 of my workmates told me so and for once I agree.
