I found out that I get a 10% veterans discount at Earth Fare! And they had some awesome pork chops on special! I had the dude behind the counter wrap four of 'em up and took 'em home with me!
I did the quick brine method from the Weber recipe of the week. Put some baked taters on the upper rack of my gasser and waited.
Oops! Taters are done,but I'm outta propane! What to do? Bust out the OTS! Had that fired up in no time,and along with some romaine from the garden,wound up with this! What a great meal! I'm gonna have to do this one again! The charred romaine was great ,and a big hit all around!
