There's a new Q joint in Toronto that's been getting a lot of ink,and rightly so. It's called Adamson's BBQ, and it's on Wicksteed east of Laird. It's pure Texas style - no sauce at all, and it's really some of the best Q I've ever eaten. They make brisket, ribs, sausages and turkey, and they're all great. There sides are OK, but their meat is fabulous.
Note, however, that they are only open weekdays from 11 - 2, and if get there too late they might be out of meat. If, however, you give them three days notice you can order in advance (min $100). If you're in the area be sure to try it.
