Tried this yesterday. Great flavor. Was actually my first time using celery salt in anything....lol.

Brisket Rub #4 (My Oklahoma Joe's modification)

# 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
# 1/4 cup kosher salt
# 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
# 2 tablespoons granulated onion
# 2 tablespoons paprika
# 2 tablespoons chili powder
# 1 tablespoon celery salt
# 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

# 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Here's the original of the above rub
Ingredients in red were changed/ omitted

Oklahoma Joe's.

Bill, try celery seed instead of the celery salt in your rubs. I use 2 tsp in my rubs.
