Odd remote access issue

I have been having problems accessing my Stoker remotely when the meat probes are being used with the pit probe. If the meat probes are plugged into the unit I cannot access it remotely. I have no problems if I remove the meat probes and leave just the pit probe plugged in. Any thoughts on what could be causing this issue?

When it is in the mode where it cannot be accessed remotely, does the fan go on, *and then off* when you turn it on?

Hi Amir,

I'll have to double-check but I believe the fan does go on/off when the unit is started. Do you have any troubleshooting advice?
