BFletcher -- I'd like to hear more about your experience with the MB Gravity. Clearly not built to last 10-20 years, but also doesn't have a high price tag.

As an all-in-one grill/smoker with electronic controls, it is in the same use case as the SF. But it runs on charcoal/wood chunks, which concept really intrigues me.

Smokefire versus the master built gravity? Yeah look at tredkill BBQ on youtube. He had a smokefire replaced it with a masterbuilt gravity then replaced it with another smokefire. Take what you want from it but I think the smokefire is about an order of magnitude better than the masterbuilt gravity charcoal grill.
