Hello all,
First time poster, I've been a long time Weber user, started with the Weber Kettle 57cm, which now is converted and used as a fireplace.
At the moment a Weber Genesis II E-310 GBS is my main grill. Upgraded a couple of years ago from an older Weber Spirit E310 Classic.
I recently refurbished an Weber Genesis EP 300 which I sold, and currently have two Weber Spirit E320 picked up for free.
The best parts will be used and will be assembled to one functional one, will be sold in the spring.
Not much grilling in the winter in this country, I do though
I've also recently picked up two older Weber One-Touch Platinum 57cm with the thermoplastic table, one of them with a broken table.
Removed the table from the newer model, swapped out with the broken one, which was a newer model. It will also be sold.
The newer One-Touch Kettle will be used without the as a "built in" in my future outdoor kitchen.
Cooking projects include almost everything like steaks, chicken, ribs, pork, kebab, vegetables, etc.
Not tried smoking anything yet, would love to try.
Been browsing this site for a while, all the knowledge and tips/tricks from the users in this forum is amazing.
Regards Tom
