Probably should of read what I'm supposed to post here first, but just like experimental bbq'ing, I'll just wing it.
As mentioned, I'm from Oz. Currently have a problem, (according to the missus) as I have 9 different ways to bbq.
Landmann Texas offset, mini spit, 4 burner gasser, 2 full size (57"?) Weber kettles, 2 47"(or cm) kettles, and just acquired a hark tri fire and a Pro Q bullet smoker. Think it's the elite model? (Older version but about 50cm across)
I know it's not a WSM but surely they cook similar?
I plan on just keeping the hark, pro and a Weber kettle, or missus might kick me out.
looking forward to reading/learning and hopefully helping out.
