Probably should of read what I'm supposed to post here first, but just like experimental bbq'ing, I'll just wing it.
As mentioned, I'm from Oz. Currently have a problem, (according to the missus) as I have 9 different ways to bbq.
Landmann Texas offset, mini spit, 4 burner gasser, 2 full size (57"?) Weber kettles, 2 47"(or cm) kettles, and just acquired a hark tri fire and a Pro Q bullet smoker. Think it's the elite model? (Older version but about 50cm across)
I know it's not a WSM but surely they cook similar?
I plan on just keeping the hark, pro and a Weber kettle, or missus might kick me out.
looking forward to reading/learning and hopefully helping out.

Kenny welcome to the forum, your going to have lots of fun and we have some awesome cooks. Don't worry about how many BBQ's you have Rich and I have NINE and no more. But you can have so much fun with them.;) Looking forward to your first cook post, have a great day.
