New member, excited to learn and share


 
Hello everyone!

I'm a big fan of Weber grills and have owned the same Weber Genesis Silver B since 2001. This grill is amazing and it still has the original burner, which is unheard of. I've changed the flavorizing bars about every two years and the grates every 3 years. I clean it twice per year and I use it year round since I live in Huntsville AL. Love this grill!

A couple of month ago I purchased the Weber Smoky Mountain smoker, 22.5" to start smoking meats again. I have to say, that I am equally impressed with this smoker. I have done several shoulders, ribs and chickens. Next up it will be some brisket.

I look forward to reading some posts and I will be making my first post soon about pork belly and a few questions on how to keep a low temperature on the WSM.
