Just wanted to say hello to you all, I bought a Q 320 about 5 months ago and joined the old message board to get some insight. I absolutely love my 320, I needed something medium sized that could store easily, but Q it up with the big boys. The 320 has done all that and more.

I also want to mention that Weber customer service has been amazing as well, I had a problem with my lid and they sent a new one out. Talk about an impressive response.

I now Q at least 3 nights a week if not more, we have done a lot of Tri-tip, filets, lamb, and of course tons of carne-asada and chicken in all sorts of different ways.

It has been a goal of mine to become a great griller and I am on my way.

I've talked a friend into buying a Q-220 for his apartment and my brother picked up a Genisis 330 after they tried some of my cooking.

Thanks for all the info and tips you guys have posted here.

Looking forward to football season and some serious grilling.

Go Niners!!

Welcome to the forum
The 320 punches well above it's weight class that's for sure.
They have quite a following in Australia, There are some Gurus on the Aussie BBQ forum if you get stuck, they tend to grill a lot more than barbecue.
If you register on their forum be sure to say you have come from the TVWBB forum as they have a lot of spammers with US Internet addresses so most just get deleted.

Cheers
