Hello community,
i bought a bigger 15CFM, 12V 0,36A. Based on this build

i also upgraded the PSU to 12V 4A, but when my fan is connected it doesnt move. I m able to measure 12V, but the fan doesnt spin. Do i need to change anything else?
The fan is not broken, it worked when i connect it directly to a 12v 2A power supply.
Any help is appreciated.
