My version of the weber pizza accessory

I finally got to make kettle pizza! All in all, I think it was a great first run. Here it goes...

Here's the temp for the first pie.



First run was a marguerite.



Spun 180 degrees



Done. A little too done but still pretty good. Crust was a little too thin as well.



Next was a PGO. This was half way through.



Temps were slightly lower on the send pie.



And done!




Results were pretty good I think. 6-8 minutes on both. First one was a lil too done. I made two pizzas again, this time with a thicker crust. I liked it better. 2nd run I was having temp issues. Who knows. Even at only 350, it was still better than the oven heating up the house and more fun on the weber. Thx for looking. Boy I miss posting!
