Rick,
I have been on the fence over the Q120 to use in my Safari Trek. Let us know how it works for you.
It would make a nice Christmas present for me.
I have to admit that I am spoiled using my Q 320 and 300, but they are too big to carry in the Trek.

I use my Q100 in my Winnebago and cook on it every day, I have mine set up so it uses the MH gas. As you know there is practically nothing that you can't cook in it. I also have a portable single burner gas stove hat uses disposable gas cans that I do veggies on. I use a Teflon grill sheet instead of a CI hot plate in the Q saves weight, space, time and gas.
I also have a Weber GA for when I want a charcoal hit.
I would strongly recommend that set up to anyone cooking while travelling.
Cheers

Thanks for your info Phil, I think I"ll pick up a Q 120 as the footprint is the same. I use my Smokey Joe for charcoal, but I see the advantage using the Go Anywhere with the two vents on top.

So far im really liking the 120. Its perfect size and fits right in one of the cargo cubbies. Light and easy to carry. Im thinking on the wheeled cart to go with it. Found a small lpg bottle goes bout 2 hours however i did get the hose to hook to a 20 lb tank which i might down size to one them 4 1/4 ones.

I'm glad you're enjoying your Q. We enjoyed ours for almost an entire year without the rolling stand.

I recently got one used for a great deal, and love using it whenever we travel.
