My Mini WSM finished photos

My finished Mini WSM. I love where I live in western Colorado and I love to play pickleball, so I thought why not? Last pic is with his big brother, my 18" WSM. Had a little trouble with paint, but got it it all sorted well enough for using in my back yard.







Ordered the Visconia on Amazon, and it was too small. Found the IMUSA pot locally at my City Market grocery store. I used Rustoleum high temp paint for all colors. Not really cost efficient, but WTH. The cover is for the 14.5" WSM ordered on Amazon. It was a fun project.

Nicely done! What are the 2 acorn nuts on the lid for? Any pics of the inside?

Sorry, I don’t have any inside pics. The acorn nuts are holding on a U-bolt that allows me to hang the lid on top of the steamer pot instead of setting it on the ground or table.
