Hi guys! I have a ton of pictures Ive been meaning to post so I just decided to put them all in one! These are some of the cooks I have done over the past few months.
First ofo is one of the many pork loins I have done. My GF's parents and many others have said this is the best pork loin they have ever had. I marinate it in McCormick's garlic herb and wine marinade mix for at least 12 hours. I then season it with Wolfe Bold and cook it on the rotisserie at about 350 until it gets to 160 internal.
Finished pork loin. One of my current favorite things to make.
This is the gyro meat I made. I used the alton brown recipe and added a little msg. It was a little salty but very close to retaurant grade. Next time I will skip the salt and use just msg. Please excuse the pic quality. Thats my brother BTW. LOL
On the spit
Shaved
I used a low carb tortilla for the shell. VERY DELICIOUS!
Next up is stuffed peppers. I used Graziano italian sausage mixed with Cream cheese and colby jack. Then I topped it with more colby jack and grilled until the peppers were soft.
Done pepper
Next up is some ABTs I made. I used anaheim peppers. They were ok but not great. The mistake I made was a little too much wolfe and using chopped up cheese smokies in the filling. LOL!
Ready for the grill
Done
Next up is my usual marinated chicken breasts. The ones on the left are the usual ceasar marinated ones. The ones on the right are done up in McCormick mojito lime marinade mix. These are both one of my favorites right now.
Mojito lime breasts done. Awesome with pepper jack and avocado.
Now all I have is random pics. Not really any particular order.
Fatty melt. Grilled burger topped with tomato with two grilled cheeses for the buns.
Juicy Lucy variant. Filled with pepper jack and topped avocado and bacon.
Marinated pork chop. This is done the same way I do pork loin. Absolutely incredible. A brat and beans for the sides!
Morels simmering
Two pineapple brats, burger and fried morels.
Burger topped with provolone and red pepper spread
