My Brined Pork Butt Experiment


 
Looks awesome mike. I like brining my butts. Alton brown has a good brine that uses molasses. It's pretty good.

Outstanding is the word....But i have a hard time thinking its the brine that made the smoke ring small. Dont think that has anything to do with it. Mighty fine bro!

I don't think it was the brine Daniel. I really believed it was the small amount of peach wood I used. Normally I use hickory, pecan or apple.
