Mrs. T's Shrimp & Bowtie Salad

Hi Folks,

Here is a recipe for Shrimp bowtie salad.

1 lb of bowtie noodles
1 8 oz package cream cheese
3/4 cup Hillmans Mayo
4-6 stalks of celery
4-6 carrots
1 bunch of green onions
1 10 oz bag of frozen peas (preferably baby peas)
1 1/2 to 2 LBS of small or med shrimp
Which ever you prefer.

Boil pasta as directed on box. Drain and run cold water over pasta till cool.
Finely chop your celery and carrots and green onions.

In a stand mixer combine mayo and cream cheese blend with a little milk to make into a heavy mayo texture.

Fold vegetables into the mixture, add salt and pepper to desired taste.

Rinse shrimp in cold water until all ice has melted. Drain and stir into salad.

1 to 2 hours before you serve rinse your peas in cold water, drain well and add to salad.

Please feel free to add more or less to taste as I really do this recipe by eye.

I also add a little celery salt but that is up to you
