I've long hated the metal film resistor color code bands because they're harder to read, but those who have ordered Tindie kits might have noticed I payed a little extra to use the carbon film versions. Mouser now has the carbon film for the same price so I've swapped all the v4.2 links and cart items to use them now, which you can decode using this handy graphic I made for the kit people too.
