Just more Caveman strip steaks. (1 1/4" thick) My family and friends keep asking for them so I keep making them.
This is over at my friend Mark's place. As you may notice this is not on a Weber. It is however, the last cook on whatever it is. He called me today and informed me he just picked up a Weber Gold series 22 1/2". I shall train him well.
