something that's been working for me is no matter how you season it put the FROZEN salmon in a small disposable pan, season it, & put it on the grill with heavy smoke 20-30 minutes, cover with foil & cook another 15-20 minutes. my recipe is (in the pan ) lemon or lime juice, lea & Perrins, & butter ). on the salmon; zattaran's , salt, pepper, garlic, paul prudonnes.
