Mid week cook for one.

Just something easy, some pre cooked roasties, once they get some colour I am adding some pre cooked sweets..
Got a couple 1/2 or so bone n well marbled chops.....enough for dinner and lunch tomorrow.
We have some seasoned salt and a bit of Malcom’s gringo for the taters.
Some killer hogs bbq and hot bbq rub for the pork. It’s a good mix.
Going with 2 Weber baskets in the middle with minimal red hot lump.
Have a piece of pecan ready to go too....should work out.

We got the fine china out tonight....
Chops curled a bit on me, must have been a bit to warm tight on the coals.
Looks good hope they taste as good as we wanted.
These taters deserve some sour creamer n hot sauce
