Maiden voyage for "new" 22.5 OTS

Had some boneless chicken breast marinated in a honey mustard sauce and a sirloin steak that I hit up with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Lit a chimney of Kingsford got it ashed over dumped and htit he grate with some meat. Smelled incredible. Sliced the sirloin real thin brushed some Amoroso rolls with a herbed garlic olive oil and some butter to put under the broiler. Topped the roll with shaved baby Swiss, jalapeno soaked pickles, the sirloin and some Peter Luger's steak sauce. Yum! Was to full then to try the chicken.

I am really going to like this grill.
