lower cook grate mods.

has anyone modified a new top grate to fit in the lower cook grate location. Looks like you could notch the ring in 2 spots to fit over the bolts holding the pan support. I figure it would be easier instead of trying to modify the original grate in order to add handles.

I used the top grate on my 08 18.5" WSM for a lower one before.
Ya have to angle it a bit to clear the top grate straps but it will fit nicely on the bottom nuts not the supports.
