Tried the new toy and it did NOT disappoint.
I've never been able to hold a temp so well before.
And, in true testament to how I never look ahead and seldom plan, I quick spatchcocked a chicken and covered it with kosher salt, course pepper, and some rosemary.
Even the wife loved it!

Fifth or sixth I think. The original owner I got it from used it only one time when it was new and then left it in the garage unused.....in 2014!

It's unfortunate that they charge so much for the complementary griddle. It cost over $110 here in canada.
