Does anyone have a good description for cooking a London Broil? Should I just use the gass grill or one of the kettles? Sear it and then cook indirect or just cook over direct heat for a while on both sides? I know if it is overcooked it will be bad.

Any suggestions on a marinade? I'm going to make a red wine mushroom gravy to serve with it.

Should be a simple cook I think but wanted to see if there were any tips from y'all. Any help would be appreciated......Thanks.

Larry is the grill-meister! I love looking at his cooks!

I've done the London Broil and as long as you don't let it get overcooked, its great - its even better the next day sliced real thin and piled up on a nice toasted sesame seed bun with some mayo and a touch of horseradish, some pepper jack and a couple of nice tomato slices!

Enjoy!
