I am a new member to this forum but definitely not new to grilling. I recently have been going through BBQ withdrawal with the feet of snow outside and nowhere to grill. So I bought a Lodge Logic Pro Cast Iron Grill / Griddle to tool around with for some indoor grilling.
I'm a pro with my Calphalon non-sticks frying or sauteing most food items. However, I've never grilled or broiled a steak indoors with good result. I want restaurant style steak when it is pouring rain or snowing outside.
Enter this Lodge beast of a grill / griddle. I have been making french toast, eggs, bacon, sausages, burgers, french fries and even chicken fingers on this Lodge grill over the past week. So tonight was the grand finale!
Two pound and a half shell steaks, check out the grill marks at 500deg.
Happy grilling!
