Lobster bake

I am doing a lobster/clam bake tomorrow and usually use my ceramic doubled steamer pot (like the one in the image). I usually put it on the electric stove but it’s going to nice out and would prefer to cook outside. I have both a kettle and a gasser - do you think I could use this pot on either? My initial research suggests ceramic would get ruined or crack. Has anyone ever tried to steam seafood over their kettle or gasser? Thanks everyone! IMG_7848.jpeg

It'll be fine. Heat is heat. If worried about the kettle build a fire that surrounds it and place it right in the center

That's porcelain enameled just like a WSM or kettle.
It will handle the heat, just don't overdo it.
I had several of the roasters and steamer pots that I used on my gasser and banjo burner.
