Lime Grilled Pork Tenderloin

DH wanted Taco's last Fri., but not our usual recipe, so he made this one again. (12/4/15 was the last time)

Lime Grilled Pork Tenderloin

2 limes
2 TB. rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
2 TB. oil
1 TB. soy sauce
1 TB. honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 lbs. pork tenderloin

1. Squeeze the limes into a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients up to pork. Whisk well.
2. Place pork in large bowl and pour small bowl ingredients over and marinate 2-4 hours.
3. Heat grill on high. Cook pork for 6 minutes then rotate 1/3 turn. Do twice more, or until internal temp. is 160 degrees.
