Lime and Ponzu Asada Marinade

Last night was steak and seafood night. I had Shrimp Scampi and DH marinated his steak in this (only 6 hrs.) and said it was "EXCELLENT"!!!

Lime and Ponzu Asada Marinade

2 lbs. flank or skirt steak
1 cup Lime Ponzu
2 limes, juiced
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Combine Ponzu, lime juice and garlic. Pour over steak and marinate overnight.

Sounds simple and delicious, had never heard of ponzu but I like the flavor profile i read about.
I will put this at the top of my list.
