Lid bumper replacement

How do you replace the 4 lid bumpers (2 on each side) on a Summit 470? (I believe it is part 70339). The tops of mine have only a little plastic silicone left. I cant figure out how to get to the under side to secure the bumper with screw. Some of these replacements have a metal screw, others have a push in tab.

I’ve only seen ones that are simply push-in. Not with a screw.

On my Summit 420 I just pulled them up and out and then push them back in when I was finished
