This was not easy to layout. I thought it would help someone understand the process of attemting to improve a recipe. They evolve...hopefully for the better.
 
Lex. I has been my standby vinegar sauce. Yesterday I made II and III. As luck would have it, I screwed up. In II I added 1T not 1t of black pepper. I attempted to remove some of the pepper-I still had too much. II should be good with the correct amount of pepper. III is very tasty-the lemon adds an interesting dimension I like. Anyway there are three versions of vinegar sauce from Charlotte. Hope you enjoy them.
