My Smoke Day video is up on YouTube. Had some issues with editing so the beginning of the second video the audio is a little low but it comes back. Then at the end I lost all audio on the final shot. Need to get some decent editing software if I'm going to continue doing these.

Also, wanted to mention I'm shooting these videos (did a Standing Rib video last weekend) on my Ceramic, not many, maybe four videos for this cooker out on YouTube so if it seems to highlight the cooker just a bit much it's on purpose.

Lots to learn regarding shooting video and editing but it's fun learning.
