This recipe is from the Kettle Moraine Curling Club, where I used to be a member. I substitute different flavored vinegars, citrus, and sweeteners to vary the flavor.
KMCC Vinaigrette
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
6 tablespoons honey
1 cup salad oil
Mix all ingredient except salad oil in mixing bowl. Whisk in oil slowly to form an emulsion.
