Kettle Steel Handle Removal

I am in the process of building a BBQ cart and want to inset a kettle into it on the one side. I bought the stainless steel brackets on line but want to know from someone who has done it before, how to permanently remove the bowl handle so I can mount the brackets?

John, A grinder should do the trick on the handles. I believe there is a write up about the brackets on WKC
