K Cup Storage

Don't know about HOME (we're still working on that one - we have an older home where counter-space is in short supply).

But, for our machine at WORK:
We have a shallow drawer, where our Keurig machine sits on top. We stock the drawer (about 18" X 1-foot X the depth of a K-cup)

The one that we have is similar, but it is a "single-layer" drawer, and our coffee maker sits on top of it. This way, it sucks-up less counter-top space, and is nice and convenient.

If you can narrow-down the types of coffee that you like, there are plastic "bins" that are available, which stack together like books. You slide them out of their space and fill from the top with k-cups. Then, via a sloped "floor" within each bin, you can grab K-cups from the bottom front of each bin. The nice thing here is that each bin holds at least a full 18-count box of K-cups.

(With most of the "carousels" and small drawer systems, you STILL need to determine where to store the partially-opened boxes of K-cups that you do not have loaded into your "handy storage".)
Hope this helps

I'll second the "cookie jar" that Don described. We got ours a WM,and leave it on a shelf. Works good for me.

hangs off of my pot rack.

Although, I am probably going back to a regular coffee maker. The Kcups are too expensive... even if I can get them @ .40 per cup, I would rather have fresh ground beans at the time I brew. The solutions for the Keurig (my kcup, solofill, ekobrew) are not as convenient as a normal coffee maker.
My coffee costs went from 10 to 12 per month to 12 - 15 per week... and not to mention all of the waste.

Space for us is a consideration. Just keep them in the box, in the pantry, and pull them out when we brew.
I like the fresh ground beans better. Have a 12 cupper that we got several years ago as a freebie when we ordered some Gevallia. Best dang coffee maker I've ever had!

Dan,when I got my Keurig,I got one of those filter baskets that you put your own coffee into. So you don't have to buy the Kcups. I use the basket during the week, and Kcups on the weekend. Saves a LOT of $.

I have started using the "my kcup" and figured out a way to make a good cup of coffee with it. Lose a lot of the convenience cleaning it though... Also, trying the ekobrew to see if it is any easier.

Dan,

I have been using solofil for over a year and I highly recommend it. I buy my coffee from Costco and use my own grinder to make fresh coffee one at a time.

No Counter Top Space Or Drawer Space...

Hey I just got a Awesome K-Cup wall mounted rack that holds 60 cups. I have no counter top space or drawer space available. This rack was perfect and works really well. I got the M1230S it is brushed stainless steel and holds 60 K Cups, they come in black, white, & Platinum. They also have box holders, that my work place uses along with a smaller rack.

I got mine through Amazon, below is link, I also added link to the company who makes them.
