Just got the rotisserie !!

Hello !!

Rotisserie just arrived !!! Came with two extra black bolts with washers but no explanation what they are for .... Any ideas ?
Also no explanation on how to use counterweight-I'm certainly no genius but it isn't inherently obvious to me... Any help ?

as to the bolts, if you got the bracket attached then they are extras.
