Just Desserts

In a few weeks I will be the head cook for a multi-family camping trip, and I'll be taking at least 3 Weber grills north with me out of their native Palatine and into the Wisconsin woods. I have done this before, so I know I'll score big with dinners of a slow roasted turkey and a large rib roast the next night.

But I am looking for ideas for a dessert with some flare to it that I can prepare for a crowd. Got any ideas?

Darrel,
One of my favorite desserts that is great for large groups is stuffed bananas. I slice the banana in half while it is in the peel. Do not cut through the peel. Then load in fresh fruit, chocolate chips and marshmallows. Back for 6-8 minutes on a medium heat. I love this dessert because everyone gets to pick there own stuffing and the presentation is awesome.
