We had 75°, sunny & breezy today here in Middle TN. Tomorrow is a 30° drop to the mid 40's for a high, then dropping to the 30's for Saturday. Fortunately, we didn't get the predicted severe weather today or tonight.

Well here is the rest of last nights boring old dinner

(sorry for the sorry pics, but some day I may get a better phone/camera).

Got some jalapenos stuffed with mozzarella and rub in a special container...had to drink a beer to make it, darn.

Ribs going for a little more than an hour and put jalas on

Enjoying the afternoon with the little guy

Ribs in jalas done after @ 3 hours or so

Wife wanted turkey burgers, does not eat pork

So took top layers off WSM and put grid directly above coals.

MMmmmm. Tried a couple bites of T-burger and not too bad. I am definitely liking these bbs from Costco. I think I like them better than the spares I've cooked in the past. Better texture, less time cooking, and easier prep.
