Super interesting. Looks like HD has a deal with JD now.

My local store doesn’t have the 20# bag as an option but the have the 35# one, and at a discount from full retail which is usually $49 for the 35# bag.

I’m about to order my next pallet of the XL 35# bags, 10 total. I ran through 5 of the 35#s in around a year.

For me, $29 for 20# would be expensive per #. I’d rather have the 35# for the $42.98 HD is selling it for. But if you want to try it and not commit to a large sack, the go for the 20# special. It’s by far our favorite fuel source. Super clean flavor and near zero ash.

Yep. I don't recall ever paying more than 8 bucks for a bag of charcoal.
I've read good things on this so tomorrow it's off to try a bag.
