ISO: Spirit SP 320 Control Panel

Looking for a Spirit SP320 Control Panel, as the one I have is pretty badly faded. Aside from needing an igniter and a good cleaning, thats about the only thing wrong with it. I have some odds and ends to trade/barter. I also would be willing to pay.
