ISO: Right Genesis Gold Trim piece

Samuel, I think there's a difference between what you have ISO pictured, and the one that Collin pictured. Yours is an early Silver, Collin's is the later Silver. Note the different radius on the operator side corner. The curve on the tables won't match. Note also the location of the hooks for hanging the utensils has changed...that's the tip-off.

Yes, Ed they are different. I still need the one for the Gen Gold ISO. I just also want Platinum grill parts thus the reason I wanted the one Collin listed.

Ok, cool. I added RH tables on my 2005 Silver C to replace the unused side burner and ran into that.

I didn't have the platinum end at the time I added my worktable and added the same black gold ones you posted to my Platinum C.

Ed the Gold Trim ISO that I need is for the right side of this Silver B.

Now I'm really confused. The Silver B you picture doesn't have a provision for a RH fixed table, but you can put a swing table on it if you have the welded bracket on the RH leg to support it. The Silver C can accomodate a fixed RH table or a side burner, but the end trim is unique to the style of table (or burner), either straight front (straight front fixed table or side burner) or curved (later Silver tables).

If I'm reading your intentions correctly, Collin's end trim won't work for you. You need one that doesn't have a sweep and the utensil hooks are towards the operator side ("front"), not in the center

This is what you need, I think. It kinda sorta matches the trim on the other end of your Silver B, except for the color.

I 'll butt out now! Good luck, Samuel! You need the one that I pictured and your last picture looks to be the same. It's flat in the front to mate with the frame.

It is okay Ed. I guess I did not explain fully why I needed the end cap. I just wanted it grey in color with a square end. Collin offered the curved end which I need for another application. You did not know I already had the Black square end. I wanted it grey in hopes that it would go with Platinum shelves on the Silver B, if I decided to go that route.

Thanks! I hope I didn't cause any confusion. The very best way to do this is to have a donor grill where you have all the pieces, because there are seemingly so many variations. The Platinum is a relative rarity among Silvers and I dont think I've ever seen a Silver B Platinum, if that is what you are looking to create. The fixed tables all have a little overhang in the front that the plain control panel/condiment rack doesn't have, so blending that in might involve some creative thinking. A Silver C Platinum with a side burner end trim would probably work? Again, good luck, Samuel!

Option 1: If I source the RHS Platinum swing out table and the Gold grey trim square end, I will have what I need using the Spirit top worktable on the top left side in post #9 making it work.

Option 2: If I source the RHS Platinum swing out table and the Left Top Platinum worktable. I can have what I need with the Black trim end caps you can see pictured in post #12 that I already have.

Your right Ed I need donors, but I have had trouble coming across them at the moment. Golds can be had in my area but Platinums are hard to come by.
