Is this Red/Green/Blue Newhaven display supported?

Looking at using this Red/Green/Blue display for my existing HM 4.0 and was wondering if it was supported.

It uses pins 16,17,18 to select the background colour red, green, blue, respectively.

Well it has 18 pins so that right there should be an indicator. It is not compatible at all, both because the backlight color 3 lines to drive it and the ground pin is actually at pin 15 vs pin 16 on our models.

Thanks. Figured I'd ask and get the good or bad news before buying it and wasting my money.
