IQ110 Replacement Probe Ordering Problem

I'm posting in case anyone can tell me the 'trick.' Shipping on replacement probes is supposed to be free in the lower 48 states. I am in PA. But the checkout screen keeps telling me that 'free probe shipping' is not available to my address. I have emailed the company, but thought someone here might have had the same experience and know the solution. TIA!
 
Mick. I had the same problem several months back, I emailed them and here is the reply:

Select ups ground and I will modify it before it ships.

I think it is also a box you can add a note on the order page as a reminder about free shipping.
