iGrill 2 with 2 probes

An acquaintance of mine has an iGrill 2 with 2 probes for $45. Is this a good deal?

It's about half price. I feel like the iGrill is limited compared to a maverick, the Bluetooth range on MY iGrill is not very good.
All that said if I was spending $45 I'd add another $50 and pick up a smoke from thermoworks and get the 2 free probes.
