How to wire ssr to ethernet

Does it matter what twisted pair i use use and where they belong on the 2w side?

Check out the Blower and Servo Wiring wiki page.

Inside the cat5/6 cable, the white/blue wire should be +12v and the blue wire should be Ground. This is what you would connect to the SSR.

That looks like the right type of SSR, but it's not. That's not a voltage controlled unit. You want the DA type.

See how it shows "Input 3-32VDC"
