How To Use Rotisserie On WSM?

I've seen posts that show mounting the rotisserie on top of the center section of a WSM. I'm wondering if mounting the rotisserie on the bowl of the "WSM egg" would give good results?
Seems like mounting it on the top of the center section would give the same results as putting the chicken/meat on the top grate.
 
Humm must have missed those posts. A link maby?

I dont have a rotis myself. But i think you should aim to cook rather close to the coals to get the bennifit from the rotisserie.
