smoked 2 turkey breasts last year for a friendsgiving party, and everyone like it so much more than the traditional and the fried birds we also made. so for this year, we are only going to have smoked turkey. how many turkey breasts can i fit on my 18 wsm? hoping to be able to fit 4, 2 on top rack and 2 on bottom (assuming all are bone-in, 5-7 pounders).
